Pickering Middle School- Topping-off Ceremony: March 20, 2026
LeftField was delighted to participate in a Steel Topping Off Ceremony for the long-awaiting Pickering Middle School Project in Lynn, Massachusetts. Honored guests including current students from Pickering Middle School and Sisson Elementary School, tradesmen and tradeswomen, Iron Workers Local 7, Laborers Local 22, State Treasurer Deborah Goldberg, MSBA CEO Jim MacDonald, MSBA Deputy CEO/Executive Director Mary Pitchetti, State Senator Brendan Crighton, State Representative Daniel Cahill, Mayor Jared Nicholson, Superintendent Molly Cohen, Deputy Superintendent Ellen Fritz, and many other educators, administrators, and local leaders and officials. The project is on schedule to be completed by the end of 2028 and will be a brand new, 186,000 square foot, state-of-the-art facility for 1,110 students in grades 6 through 8. Today marked a major milestone for the project and a proud moment for everyone involved.
