Laying gravel in preparation for asphalt binder placement for the future main parking lot, which will be utilized for structural steel deliveries.
Installation of concrete forms in preparation for concrete foundation pour is ongoing.
Delivery/Installation of a centralized, exterior grease trap.

Week of November 21, 2025

Transporting remaining soil stockpiles off-site is ongoing.
Delivery of a heater and fuel cell delivered to the site in preparation for pouring concrete (foundations) in cold temperatures.
Installation of temporary power conduit.
Installation of rebar for the northwest continuous footing is ongoing.

Week of November 14, 2025

Installation of foundation AVB (Self-Adhered Air and Vapor Barrier Membrane) is ongoing.
Steel Rebar delivered to site for foundations.
Placement of steel rebar in preparation for foundation concrete pour.
